In order to maintain Bon Air Center's image, the following guidelines have been established for merchants' use to Common Area sidewalks and banner display. Merchant windows and Common Area walkways must be visible and unobstructed. Sidewalk signs, sales racks, and merchandise must not obstruct Common Areas

Note: Please confirm that your store insurance coverage includes the activity for which you are requesting approval.

EXCEPTION/OBTAINING PERMISSION:

Bon Air allows use of Common Areas for the following:

1. Center-wide approved promotions and special events

2. A merchant or group of merchants may request use of Common Areas for special sales (i.e. promotions or anniversary sales). Prior approval must be obtained from the Landlord via this form. At these events, we allow one rack or table that is parallel to the store window and must be next to the store entrance.
